There's always an excuse. {I'm tired, I'm sick, It's too much money, It's too scary...} But honestly--you just have to make it happen. Celebrate little victories until you make it to the top. and don't forget to look back every once in a while and see how far you've come. You can do it. You just have to jump in and make it happen.
